DarkHorse is a subsidiary of Do Be Kind, a Non Profit 501(C) Organization founded during the COVID-19 pandemic. DBK’s Mission to address the critical need for Essential Life Services for the homeless with children.

Through their charitable work revealed a critical need for services tailored to the formerly incarcerated.

In response, the Board of Directors unanimously agreed to establish DarkHorse, a task force dedicated to serving this underserved population.

The Task Force Objective:
Empower individuals by fostering a sense of community and belonging among our participants. Collaborate with local organizations to create long lasting meaningful change. Advocate for policies and practices that support the formerly incarcerated.

By living our values and pursuing our mission, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve and contribute to the creation of a more just and compassionate society.
